one 2X4 x 36″ long pine board
one 12″ x 12″ x 1/4″ thick piece of plywood
one 6″ x 9 3/8″ x 5/32″ thick piece of plywood

Hardware:
four #6 x 1 1/4″ long screws
two sawtooth hangers (#SAWH)

Tools:
band saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
screwdriver
drill and 5/32″ and 5/64″ dia. drill bits

Supplies:
Transfer paper, pencil & clear tape (#CARB)
sand paper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
paint brushes-2″, 3/4″ & 1/4″ wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush
wood glue-interior
