WOOD:
One 4′ x 8′ sheet of Plywood (3/4″ thick exterior grade, good one or two sides, preferably 5-ply for better stability).
PARTS/HARDWARE: Required for displaying.
Stakes – Two 3/8″ dia. x 18″ long, fiberglass (2 – #YS18).
Four 3/16″ dia. x 11″ long, Steel (4 – #YS11).
Clamps – Four 3/8″ w/screws (1 pack – #YSC2).
Eight 3/16″ w/screws (1 pack – #YSC1).
TOOLS:
Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade.
SUPPLIES:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper – medium & fine grits.
Paint brushes – 2″ wide brush.
PAINT:
Water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semigloss enamel: Black (#2506).
SEALER (optional):
High-grade, non yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
