Wood:
3/4″ thick #2 grade (or better) pine or exterior grade plywood
Tools:
Hand held sabre saw, scroll saw or band saw with a smooth cutting, non-chipping blade.
Hardware:
Screws Two #6 x 1″ long, flat head
Four #6 x 1-1/4″ long, flat head
Eye screws Two 7/16″ I.D. zinc plated (#EYE2 – 1 package)
Other Supplies:
Rope Two 3/8″ dia. x length determined by your chosen location.
Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB)
Pencil and clear tape
Sand paper Medium and fine grits
Wood Filler Non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint brushes 3/4″ and 1/4″ wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush
Wood Glue exterior (#GLUETB3).
Paint:
White water based primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT) and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint:
