Wood: 48″ x 48″ x 1/2″ or 3/4″ thick exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability
Tools:
Hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
Drill and a 3/16″ dia. drill bit
Supplies:
transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
sandpaper-medium & fine grits
Wood Filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint: exterior latex enamel black
