WOOD:
One – 2X12 x 60″ long board, #2 or better grade pine.
One – 1X4 x 36″ long board, #2 or better grade pine.
One – 12″ x 12″ x 1/4″ thick piece of Finnish plywood (#FPLY412).
HARDWARE/MATERIALS:
Screws – Eight #4 x 1/2″ long brass, round head (1 pack of #BS100).
Rubber Hole Plug – Two 1-1/4″ dia. (#PLUG).
Acrylic Oval – Two 4-1/2″ x 6″ x 3/32″ thick (#PLEX5).
TOOLS:
Hand held sabre saw (jig saw), table saw, band saw or scroll
saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade, drill, 1-1/4″ dia. drill bits and a screw driver.
SUPPLIES:
Pattern transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper – medium & fine grits.
Wood filler – non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes – 2″, 3/4″, 1/4″ and fine tip detail brushes.
Wood glue-exterior (#GLUETB3).
SEALER:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss project sealer (#INDRQT) for indoor protection.
