Wood: one 19″ x 15″ x 1/2″ or 3/4″ thick piece of exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability

four 3/16″ clamps with screws (#YSC1)
Tools:
hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
Supplies:
transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
sandpaper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint:
white water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat
exterior latex enamel-black
