Dimensions:
24″ tall x 17″ wide
Wood:
3/8″ thick t-111 exterior grade plywood and #2 or better grade pine
or exterior grade plywood (3/8″, 1/2″ and 3/4″)
optionally, use 7/8″ thick rough sawn cedar
Saw:
Table saw, band saw or hand-held sabre saw
Use scroll saw for “bat box” letters.
Winfield Parts:
(1) FPLY – 5/32″ thick x 8″ x 9-1/2″
Other Parts:
Fiberglass screen – need (3) 12″ x 30-3/4″ pieces any thickness will do. The purpose is to give the bats something to hang on to. This can also use the screen you use in your window screens.
